Default Mystery squeak from wheels - fixed!

I've had a speed-related "chirp/squeak" coming from my 1997 Voyager for the last few weeks. It was most obvious driving slowly, and especially past walls, parked cars etc.
Dry wheel bearing or caliper I thought - but it turned out to just be a loose wheel trim! A couple of the retaining lugs had broken off, and despite being cable-tied on for security it could still oscillate as the wheel went round.

Removal of said trim and the noise has gone. So I just need to find another trim, but nothing on ebay, any recommendations?
