New battery but will not start unles you jump first then starts ever time
I have a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country van. The battery went dead. I put in new battery. It would not start. I jump it with jumper cables and it cranked. Afterwards it starts everytime. This is not the first time this has happened. What could the problem be?
