no cold air from front panel when the vehicle stops

RE: no cold air from front panel when the vehicle stops
i tend to agree with "CHRYSLER TECH" that the issue is with the fan/blower. It is just that the fan/blower stops blowing air (whether cold, warm or hot) when the vehicle is STATIONARY. But as soon as the vehicle is in motion again, the fan/blower starts blowing air out again.

THERE IS NO VAC IN THE DOORS ANY MORE MOR ALL ELECTRICAL as for when it shops there is no fan speed i think we are missing something here as I said be the van and fan speed will have no relation to one another.

am I speaking chinese?
the only thing that connects these things is engine revs. when at idle, compressor does not provide enough pressure, thus no air con.
try one simple thing. stop the car, put it in neutral and keep the revs above 2 000. see if cold air is going out of the vents.
if it does, you dont have enough refridgerator gas in AC system. refill in service.
if you get warm air from vents then, it's something else.

no problem, moe.
i am just giving a simpliest possible solution becouse it it one of the first things to check.
over the time, gas escapes through hoses and pipes, there is not enough of it in the system and compressor can not achieve sufficiant pressure.
when you drive, compressor works faster and you have some cold air.
it is easy to check. any A/C service has pressure gauge to check system. if the pressure is low, they refill the gas. operation is cheap and fast.
much cheaper then looking through the car for malfunction.
it's like checking if you have power at all, if your TV set suddenly shuts down.

I wonder go re read what was posted this is not a hot or cold issue this is as quoted the air will stop blowing if the van comes to a stop. To moe and I this is well a first to me.

I understood that the blower is still sending some air into the car, but it's not cold.
I'm thinking;
-air speed itself is not enough to push air into the car.
-if the blower is not working, air-con wouldn't start anyway. so it MUST be that AC is working, but insufficiently.
-he still gets cold air in the back.
I was confused about AC working in the rear, becouse I don't know if the van has two separate AC systems. but the story about dead blower does not stand.
