RE: no cold air from front panel when the vehicle stops
is it me or did i miss the question all together??? here is the question as I understand it.
(hi, i would have thought air would still be blowing out of the front panels whether the freon is low or not . In my case, air (whether warm or cold ) just stop blowing out of the front panels, it is like the blower stops blowing)
so its not a temp issue its an air flow issue when the van stops and that is what moe and I are saying I have never seen a fan stop working when u slow to a stop.

RE: no cold air from front panel when the vehicle stops
then I have a question.
this type of a car, does it have two heat exchangers, separate for the front part of the vehicle and for rear? and of course, two blowers then?
in that case:
-if the front blower is dead, A/C is still working becouse the rear blower is working normally (if both blowers are off, or dead, A/C is not working).
-so, if you get any cold air, that means that at least one blower is working
-vehicle movement is pushing some air into the car, and that's when you feel cold air comming in.
which brings us back to what guys were saying, man has a problem with front blower.
(sorry again, I must have missed a part with further explanation).
