Default No power

Chrysler voyager 2001 3.3ltr has developed kind of Like running out of fuel feeling to the point it woundnt move in drive help please is this faulty ecu of something else

Ok so I've now changed ecu and car started then died any ideas as now won't even crank over

This sounds more like a fuel starvation problem than anything else. Did you do the usual and check the fuel pump (make sure it primes automatically when ignition first goes on), fuel filter, fuel pipes, etc.

That's where I'd be looking at next I reckon.

Is the red alarm system light on? Classic engine immobilizer activation. The van thinks you're steeling it. You have a mismatch between the PCM you installed and your security system configuration meaning the PCM you installed isn't programmed for a security system.
