Have a 2007 T & C whose horn honks when the ignition is started. Mechanics say it is part of the safey pkg and cannot be turned off, BUT since when have had such awful cold it has not honked. Question--is this good fortune going to last and if not how do you disconnect--help, please. Thanks

 

that's not a factory setup then do u have an aftermarket alarm installed?

 

I* didn't think I did but I bought it used in '10'--mechanics never mentioned that it was an add-on--now I wonder if they even looked since they were adament that it was 'part of the safety pkg'. Any guesses why it doesn't honk in the cold and if it will last? thanks
