Default Not turning over after cpu replacement.

Hello Everyone, Long time reader, first time posting. I wanted to ask for any advice. Got into a small car accident where my van was hit on the front driver side fender. the MPU?CPU was hit , breaking the actual unit and pinching some of the wires, also breaking the harness that connects to the unit. I bought a replacement unit that matched the number on it and the person programed the VIN into it. I also had to cut the wires to replace the harness, making sure to do 1 to 1 replacement.

When I try to turn on the van, it cranks , but it wont turn over. I can hear the fuel pump turning on , but engine doesnt run. Is there anything I can try or do?

its ugly, but i made sure they were all snug and connected.
