Unless reset, this message will continue to display each time you turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position. To turn off the message temporarily, press and release the Menu button. To reset the oil change indicator system (after performing the scheduled maintenance) perform the following steps.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position (do not start the engine).
2. Fully depress the accelerator pedal, slowly, three times within 10 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position.
NOTE: If the indicator message illuminates when you start the engine, the oil change indicator system did not reset. If necessary, repeat these steps.

I've performed this procedure five times, each time ensuring it was completed within ten seconds, though not less than eight seconds. However, the message doesn't reset.
The van is a 2014 T&C Touring L with a Braunability wheelchair conversion, if that makes any difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

If you'd like to PM your VIN, I can check to see if there's something else we can do to help you reset the message.

Kori, the proper procedure worked fine.
The problem was with me. I didn't realize the ignition was a two-position switch, ACC and RUN. Placing the switch in the RUN position cleared the message the first time.
As has been said many times: "Too Soon Old, Too Late Smart." <gr>
Thanks, Hank
