P0104 OBD-II code reading

Default P0104 OBD-II code reading
I have a 2008 van with the 3.8 engine. I understand this code indicates "mass airflow circuit intermittent." What is the repair procedure for this and where is/are the part(s) located on the engine? Thank you.

It is mounted to the air cleaner and has a tube from it to the motors intake manifold,check and make sure the electrical connector is securely fastened.
