P0441 Evap/Incorrect purge flow

P0441 Evap/Incorrect purge flow
Today my CEL came on with code P0441 , vehicle is a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country Touring 3.8 . Im not sure what to look at first, im thankful its not a leak code or a performance robbing one. I'll share the info that was onthe freeze frame when code was set.
Fuel sys 1 - closed
Calc load - 44.7
Etc - 172.4
Stft b1 - 1.6
Ltft b1 - 0.8
Map - (in hg) -13.6
Eng rpm- 1256
Veh speed 26
Spark adv. - 36.0
Iat (f) 84.2
TPS- 19.2
Im also wondering why no bank 2 numbers were not given.
