Default P0740

I have a 2016 Town & Country with about 55k miles. Over the past 6 months it's had code P0740 for the torque converter. I've taken it into Chrysler twice, and they clear the codes and are unable to reproduce, so they don't do any diagnostics. The other day it stalled at a red light, but was able to be restarted fine. Could the stalling at idle be related to the Torque Converter? Is this something I should find another shop to try to diagnose?

740 is is the TCC issue if the one dealer just clears the codes then yes take to a different one one that has a competent trans tech.
