p100 code

Default p100 code

changed the maf sensor disconnected the battery but the speedo still showing 100 code and car still smoking i have had new turbo and all pipes cleaned out ,egr valve cleaned and blanked off so i give up its going up for sale

The fact that the speedo is still showing the code is normal, because disconnecting the battery is not enough to reset the ecu's memory: you need to reset it with an OBD reader...
For the black smoke bring the car to a diesel specialist (not Chrysler)...

been told it could just need an oil change ,done 5000 miles since last one also what is the ideal oil for them please
