Default Parrot MKi9200

Hi all, not been here for a while. Recently got a Parrot Mki9200 in my Voyager 2001+...got the wiring setup correctly and the correct SOT lead (068) Having problems when in an active call/using the scroll menus. In short, when the unit is only going through the front 2 speakers, I'm getting a crackling/static through the rear speakers. Been trying to find out why and an installer said that the "Z-Match and Audio switching" were not compatible??? When playing music through the Parrot and using the front and rear speakers it is an amazing sound! Really p*ssed off, contacted Parrot etc...no help what so ever.

Any one had a similar experience or solved something like this???

The factory unit is the older model with the cassette player and it has the two 7 pin connections and a single white lead just above the 7 pin connections.

Parrot unit is not faulty as it happened with another 3 brand new units???

Any help appreciated, Miles
