Can someone please help me with these two parts? Ive had a coolant leak and need to replace these two parts.

This part attaches to the cooling line and the line coming out of the fire wall

This part runs from down underneath engine and attaches to black part going to fire wall

 

Might be good idea if you supply info on what its off..

 

Sorry, 2008 town/country. But after more research im oretty sure its the "y" hose thing for heater line. I realized there are two parts to this thing and I actually replaced the other several years ago. Sounds both are notorious for failing.
