Power Sliding Door Not Working

Power Sliding Door Not Working
I have a 2012 Town And Country Van. All of a sudden the two power sliding doors no longer work either by using the handle or by pushing the buttons on either side by the doors. However if I use the Keyfob or the buttons in the front of the car it works fine. Is there something that may have locked it out from the other parts Not working or could there be something mechanically broken?

Check the "Power Sliding Door Master Switch" on the overhead console.

When the power sliding door master lock switch is in the
OFF position, the power sliding side door may not be
opened or closed by pressing the switch located on the
b-pillar trim panel, just in front of the sliding door or
activating the inside power sliding door handle.
