Default problem with 2003 t/c

my wife has a 2003 town and country and a few days ago she went to start it and it wouldnt start.it turns over but it wont start.it sounds weird like when you turn the key to start it,it turns over faster then usual but wont start.i did the "key dance" and check to see if there are any codes and i got 2 (p1684) and (p1388).
thank you for youre help

its not an asd relay issue

it is gonna be a wire issue or a pcm issue
