Your going to be told to reboot your system first as this is a common action to strange things happening. So remove Neg terminal from your battery for 30 mins, then refit after making sure battery post and terminal are clean. Good way is too screw back and forth into position.
Another answer is with your battery going down, needing renewed, preferably with a more powerful battery. So check battery and alternator output.
Last answer is the IPM, fuse box to all, underside terminals needing cleaned, but try first two answers.

P0645 is air condition clutch error, it won't affect running
P1685 is a SKIM error where the key has not been recognised, don't worry about this it is quite normal to see a stored one of these fault codes
P2120 is a throttle position error
P1130 is fuel rail pressure error
P0340 is crankshaft sensor error

The last 3 are the important ones. You need to have the fault codes cleared and then see which ones come back after the fault reoccurs. As you don't know if the faults are current or old.

Any of the 3 could cause the symptoms you describe, though with the RPM at 1100 revs the throttle error is the most likely.

Regards
Richard
