Pulley clicking & Suspension

Pulley clicking & Suspension
This a two part for a 2005 Town & Country Touring 3.8 with 160,000 miles.
1. I have a clicking noise on the pulley side. I took the belt off and the clicking isn't there. That helped figure out it has to be an accessory. The a.c. unit was replaced last summer and I don't run the a.c. currently so hopefully that cancelled it out. The alternator and pulley was replaced a month ago. I'm going to change out the belt, tensioner pulley, idler pulley and water pump here soon. Would the noise be one of those? What else should I change out since I'll have that side taken apart?
2. The out tie rod and ball joint on driver side needs replaced. With all the miles on the van, the suspension has never been touched. I plan on doing both sides on changing out inner & outer tie rod, Ball joints, lower control arm, boots, front & rear sway bar links, front strut & spring assemblies and rear shock absorbers. The brake and rotors are new. Is there anything else I should add to the list while I have it apart?
Thank you!

Yes both the idler and the water pump can produce a clicking sound.
As for the suspension I'd also consider the sway bar body mounts. I'd also take a close look at your rear bump stops. They can degrade over time separating from the mounting surface.
