Radiator Fan Relay

Default Radiator Fan Relay
Keep getting a P1491 code - which is the Radiator Fan Relay Circuit. Can anyone tell me where the Radiator Fan relay is on a 2001 T&C? Looked in the IPM Fuse/Relay center and don't see a relay just the fuse. Is this a part that can be bought at a parts store or do you have to go thru dealer?

take the front bumper cover off and its mounted on the bumper.
