Default Rear Main Oil seal - gone !

Hello All,

Only had the 2004 Grand Voyager for 3 weeks and the rear main oil seal has started to leak !

Went to the Main Stealer and they want £580. !!! Is this what it really costs to fix this problem??

Does anyone know of any UK specialists that I could contact.

I was not expecting such a high bill within 3 weeks of ownership.

It is only leaking about 5-7 drops per night.......the driveway is not looking good and Mrs Ice is going mad..(just had a new driveway put in)

Help much appreciated.

IceBoy

Thanks Moe.

So I guess I have got to spend some big £££ !

Thanks for your help though......It is only a few drops....does it need to be replaced straight away? I am keeping an eye on the oil level....it has not moved at all.

IceBoy.
