After reading various VES related posts, none seem to be quite the same as my issue.

Screen turns on and shows the Chrysler logo. It's not black, but the movies aren't showing on the rear screen. Sound through the headphones works and the movie plays on the front screen. Before I go out and start buying things, I thought I'd ask here and see if the ribbon is the most likely solution or if anyone has had a similar problem or thinks that the ribbon solution will solve the problem I'm having.
