Default rubbing noise in front end

My 98 Voyager makes a rubbing noise on the right side when ever I turn left. Is this a sign of new bearings needed?

nope bearing noise is heard while driving and making turns with load on the bearing not rubbing. Inspect the area

Check the sway bar link on that side. If the link breaks at the lower ball and socket joint, it will just hang there and rub on the tie rod, etc. as you turn into it.

I had exactly the same problem last year with my Toyota Estima, it turned out to be a brake pad worn down to the metal.

Worth checking your pads just in case.
