Default starter problems

Hi,

I have some issues with my chrysler voyager 2006.
I replaced the radio and now I can't start my car in the original way.
When I set the key in the start position, the starter relais does not give voltage to the starter.
pin 30 has 12.5 volts, pin 85 has 12.5 volts when the key is in start position, but pin 87 stays at 0 volts.
Now I have made a bridge. pin 30 gets his volts with a new wire from the batterry + and pin 86 has a new wire from the battery -,
pin 85 has a new wire in the orginal socket from the key signal and pin 87 is connected to the socket to the starter and now he starts.
I just wonder why I can't start it orginal?
Is there maybe something wrong with the powertrain control module?

Thank you for your response. correct pin 86 will have power. When I measure resistance between pin 85 and battery -, I must have a reading?
Is pin 85 directly connected to ground?
Is it bad to drive with the car like showed on the picture?
