This really seems like quit a strange thing going on with my 2004 T&C LX. It takes forever for it to start blowing warm air at all BUT when it does if I turn the blower up from low it starts blowing cold air again. Also the passenger side dash vents only blow cold air, I have already changed the blend door actuator and that didn't help. Could it be the heater core? Any help is appreciated.

 

make sure the radiator is full to the top of coolant. When that's good warm up the engine and then feel the heater core hoses going into the fire wall they both should be hot to where you cant hold onto them for more then a few seconds
