Default Topping up radiator

I am trying to open the radiator cap (please see the photo attached) but it does not come off easily and I don’t want to pull hard in case I break it. Is there some trick involved to take it off? Also, what is the most appropriate radiator fluid for 07 Chrysler Voyager 2.8 CRD UK version?

Many thanks,
Alex

If you have to top it only, you can add simply water.

Just normal tap water? Or distilled?

Default Anti Freeze

My motorfactors looked it up for my 2003 Crd and found Autochem Red Anti Freeze. Chrysler has it down to use a sort of Acidic Coolant. E-Bay has it and it conforms to this engine. As too topping up with plain water, how many times has it been topped up before with plain water. I'd do a 50/50 mix in a container and top it up with this and keep extra handy...
