Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid
My suggestion is to drop the transmission pan, replace the filter, and refill with licensed atf+4 (only - no universal fluids, no snake oil additives). Dropping the trans pan allows one to check for metal debris/chunks which is not good. A fuzzy magnet and a gray/silver slim on the pan is not a problem.
Fresh atf+4 has been known to resolve a number of transmission issues and would be a good first step.
Note the P0740 code notes the solenoid is involved but may not necessarily be the cause.
