2002 3.3l fwd 240000 with a rebuild tranny with a 6000 miles on it so far. i had codes P1192,P0117,and P0601 for some time now. The new code is P1698 the TRS is all lit up and No speedo sometimes it jumps and the van is not moving, and the van is in lump mode.

Not totally sure but this sounds like the shift control cables (electrical) might have been damaged, left exposed (so moisture got in) or melted by being too close to hot exhaust/engine. That would cause all sorts of strange electrical characteristics such as speedo jumping, dash sweep, etc.

I'd dig around, take a look at the cabling that connects into the auto box and see if you can spot any suspect wiring.
