Default Update on my Town and country!

I replaced the camshaft, lifters, rebuilt heads, gaskets, timing chain and gears. Buttoned everything up and the van didn't run right, tripping the camshaft and crankshaft codes. I tried replacing the cam and crank sensors, but thought I might have installed the timing chain wrong (but was sure I did it right). Well today I tore back into it and found I did indeed install the timing chain and gears right. After looking carefully at the cam gear I found the timing notches were at different places from the original. Well thank you NAPA for selling me the wrong timing chain and gear set!!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear you figured it out but why post a new thread. Now when people read your original thread they"ll be saying," well here's yet another dweeb who left us hanging without a fix".
