Default Van engine just shuts off as driving, but starts after 25 minutes

Hello!
Has this happened to anyone. This is my 4th T and C and the first time this has happened. I currently have a 2015 with almost 110,000 miles.
While I’m driving the engine just stops, the radio keeps playing but the engine stops, including power steering. So I glide it off the road as best as I can. The first time it happened we left it for 5 hours and went to meet the tow truck and it started. It’s happened now about 10 times in a month and a half. Each time after 20-30 minutes it restarts.
There is no warning of when it will happen and we cannot see any type of pattern as to when it shuts off.
The weirdest thing is that it restarts after 20-30 minutes.
any ideas?

With a 2015 T&C you should have full ODB!! diagnostics. I don't know if the key dance still works on post 2007 vehicles. THere are many reasons this may happen and the cause should be indicated (not necessarily identified) by the diagnostic system. Fuel starvation ? ERG fault ? (If petrol - ignition system .
