Default VES M10 fuse blowing

I have looked thru a few of these threads can’t find many answers on this. I just purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and country with the rear entertainment system. It wasn’t working I see a lot of people say it’s the ribbon cable. I haven’t checked that but just looked at fuse and the M10 fuse is blown I tried replacing with another and it blew right away. Guessing there is a short but does anyone have ideas where it may be or how to go about figuring it out
