The BEST idea it to take it to someone that can physically see, hear and diagnose this problem. You don't realize ALL the possibilities it can be. From ignition, to fuel, to computers, to mechanical issues, it's a total guess as to where your problem might be.

First off, welcome to the forum. Why don't you tell us a little more about the car. How many miles on it?, are you the original owner? Have you ever replaced plugs/wires/ coil(s) in the past? Is your check engine light on? If so do you have or have access to a code reader? Did the problem start right out of the blue or was some work done on the van and then the problems started? You should be trowing codes by your description.
