Can anyone help with a climate control issue?

It has stopped working, how do I perform diagnostics on this car?

 

What are we talking about? just the fan blower or direction?

Blower only, all the lights come on and the dials work. I can hear and see the smaller unit below the blower working but not the blower.
I have taken the unit out but not yet put a multimeter across it.
Can these motors be serviced?
