Default Voyager overheating

Hey there, I have an 02 voyager. It is overheating. Replaced heatercore and thermostat and cap. It blows cold air and still over heats. I topped it off and shortly after that I seen coolant dripping steadily if not a stream under radiator on driver side. Is it the waterfall or something else. It used to heat up only if we drove for a few minutes. Not idle. Now it doesn't heat up at all. Could you fine people help us?

At 13 years old now if leaking from under the radiator, you probably have a bad radiator. But check the hoses and pipes that they hook up to as they have been known to rust out and leak. What motor size does your van have? And do you have rear heat/ac unit in it? They are notorious for air entrapment and need extra care to "bleed" the air out, or you will not get interior heat.

Default Bad pump impeller

It is seen the impeller on water pump is broken , some of them is made of plastic and fall apart over time and will cause overheating.

It could also be headgasket . Let it idle with out radiator cap and watch for bubbles . Some times the bubble will push water out first and then release the air/gas . It can take a weile before it happens.

Bad pump could cause a blown headgasket , but also the other way around. And headgasket is **** to leak when it reach +12 years .

The o-ring on the radiator tap get weird if overheating .

Root cause you need to finde.
