Default winter tire and rms

Bit of a strange one.

I picked up a excellent condition set of snow tires and rims. The rims fit ok on the back wheels but rub of the caliper on the front.
They rims cm off a 09 dodge journey and looking at number of sites the rims should be ok for the T&C. The rim is X47127.

Any Ideas why this is happening

The Alloys on our British Voyagers only have about 6mm clearance to the Calipers. So if the stick on balance weights are slightly proud they get clipped off.

As Goggs says, it's tight in there.

I had a couple of tyres fitted a wee while back, they balanced them by putting the weights on the insides of the wheels.

They were rubbing on the calipers, so I took them back and they changed them to ones that were fitted to the front of the wheels.
