Default Wipers not functioning properly

Issue: Wipers not functioning properly (2013 T&C)

Hoping someone has come across this problem and has afix:
  • Wipers will not park – they stop right wherethey are at on the windshield when the switch is turned off
  • All intermittent settings do not functioncorrectly – no time delay, all on continuous slow speed
Slow and fast settings work fine

Replaced multi-switch with new MOPAR unit – no change

Disconnected cable to multi-switch and took the followingreadings:
Engine off: red/green wire 0 ,white/green wire 12v, red wire 12v, black wire 0
Accessory switch on: r/g 75 Ω, w/g 8v,r 12v, b 0 Ω
Engine on: r/g 14v, w/g 9v, r 14v, b ∞Ω

TIPM M13 & M15 fuses are OK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the tipm and front control module is the actual control unit for the wipers.

I figured it would be either the multi-switch, TIPM or the wire harness.

Is there a particular part in the TIPM that I should be looking for other than fuses?

Post by Andy [much older GV] might give insight. Always worth a look under the gremlins lid, yours is a bit young for wire cancer and verdigris so try wiring, relays 1st. Best of luck.
