Default Is it worth £800?

Put the Voyager in for it's MOT the other day, main fail's are brakes and the windscreen.

It's a 2002 2.5 CRD LTD, and I'm thinking I should be able to get £800 for it as she sits.

Opinions?

The alloys are aftermarket and only 2 years old with good tyres and it has no warning lights.

Timing belt etc was done as per a thread on here, it had a couple of ABS sensors last year.

Down side is the brake work needed (discs and pads front, calipers/shoes/backing plates at rear) and the windscreen.

It struggles to start if it's really cold when left overnight (in winter and - temps). It's got a leaking injector too and one of the doors has a 6 inch scrape.

Off on holiday tomorrow, planning to list it on ebay or break it when I get back in a fortnight.

you'll get more if you break it, as long as you have the space and time to wait for the bits to sell and an understanding wife who doesn't mind a carcass on the driveway!

Regards
Richard

She's quite understanding, I've had a few cars lying a while over the years (understanding neighbours too).
When I get home i'll get it emptied, photographed and listed for 2 weeks and if no joy I'll break it.
One's i've seen do around £600 with major issues so heres hoping.
