Default 98 Chrysler Cirrus won't turn over

One day I tried to turn my car over and it just wouldn't start. I have since replaced the fuel pump, filter, and crank sensor. It was also suggested that I try anther distributor and that has since been replaced 3 times. The spark plugs don't have any spark but it does have fuel. I am sick of taking this to mechanics only to pay for the same part that won't work. Please give me any suggestions that you may have.

Thanks.

My Car had the same problem for me it was the PCM. But are you getting voltage to the distributor when the car is on?
