1999 cirrus instrument cluster was working fine while driving to store. when I returned to car it started but the gauges didn't work and the wipers also were out. I had this happen a couple years ago and found a solution online but forgot to write it down. It was a simple technique done in the drivers seat and it completely restarted every thing. Does any one know how to do it?
