Default Intermittent engine power loss

2014 Town and Country has 125,000 miles on it. Been a great car till recently. Drive along and check engine light comes on and have significant power loss. Pull over, turn motor of, restart and runs fine for 20 to 25 miles and then does it again. Mechanic changed both camshaft speed sensors due to code and cleaned the throttle body and injectors. Still the same and mechanic gave up. Any thoughts?

Do you know what the actual code(s) were? If the check engine lamp is still on, take it to an auto parts store and have them read the code(s) and post them here.

My personal opinion, if the mechanic did not fix the problem and refuses to continue to try to fix the problem, you should not be charged. You paid to have a problem fixed and it was not fixed. Time to find another mechanic.
