Trying to troubleshoot a problem on my T&C. Horn and Cruise Control not working. Horn can still be activated with key fob (locking doors) but not at steering wheel. Recently had air conditioning line replaced. Looked at fuse panel but can't find any marked for Cruise or Horn. Any suggestions?
