Exclamation '07 Pacifica-Please Help

2007 Pacifica-Had Chrysler remanufactured transmission installed by transmission shop. Car ran fine, but there was oil leaking. So ~ 1 week after the trans was installed, I DROVE the car back to the shop. They replaced the R/S Cam Shaft cover/gasket, but since then the same side cylinders will not fire. Had it towed to dealer (I originally Drove it into the shop). Dealer has had car for 3 days, and can't determine issue. Modules have been replaced.. timing is fine.. compression on all cylinders 200..no power coming off the alternator, they don't see any wire issues. Dealer has been told by chrysler to pull cylinder head off to make sure that Trans Shop didn't cause issue by installing Cam Shaft cover incorrectly.

... Any ideas I can suggest to the dealer... I'm into this for thousands of dollars at this point. Thanks

no power coming off the alternator,

???????????

Try unplugging the Ignition Capacitors, Located on Either bank, Mounted To the Fuel Rail bolts. It can Pull Down ASD voltage To Coils and Injectors, to the point that they dont work.
