Exclamation 1991 Chrysler New Yorker

So about 2 weeks ago I bought the car for 900 bucks, Only things wrong with it when I bought it were, odometer was frozen, front passenger window wouldn't roll down, and exhaust is loose so it hits the frame, nothing electrical. First night I had it somehow the battery ran dead, after 2 weeks of trying to get it working I gave up and bought a new battery. Installed it about half an hour ago, and that gave me some clues. All the dash lights were blinking on and off, including a theft alarm thing which I'm thinking could be the problem, and all exterior lights were also blinking. I then tried to start the car but it wouldn't turn over no matter what, so I'm curious as to what it could be. Any ideas? I'm thinking it's the alarm, but I have no clue how to disable the alarm
