1994 LHS (no heat)

Default 1994 LHS (no heat)
I have checked coolant level and everything was ok I even tried to bleed and everything was ok. All this was before removal of the heater core hoses. Which has no restriction. I am really leaning on the blend door actuator. Let me know if this is wrong.

thats where i would go next.do you hear any clicking noises?like stripped motor?

low heat at idle-with rpm there is heat
