2004 Pacifica Loud Thump in Front End
About a year and a half ago @100,000 miles I had a loud thump in the front of the car whenever I put on the brakes. The thump got louder over time so I took it into the dealership. They told me it was A-Arm bushings on the driver front side and I agreed to replace all A-Arms for @ $1000. I've been researching other things on line and I just read a bunch of complaints about engine mounts making a loud thump. I did inspect the work and I could see that the A-Arms were all replaced. I have @ 140,000 miles now and the issue hasn't recurred. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with A-Arms?
