2018 Chrysler 300 - screen delamination. Chrysler needs a recall. So many people are having this same issue, including us. Was told our car is out of warranty. We had 35,500 or so miles when we first started calling. We were told it was out of date warranty. Called Chrysler 4 different times. I was given 2 different case numbers, and then they close them. Case # 80343260 and Case # 80475207. I was given the latter one last night and this morning the dealership (who will order the remanufactured one) called Chrysler with this case number. They were told there was no such case number. So between 6:30 pm last night and 8 am this morning (central time), the case was closed, after I was told I had a case. This morning I was told this car does not qualify for good will. Chrysler is not taking responsibility for faulty factory installed components. I am aware the car is now out of warranty and aware we will pay for a remanufactured screen. (quoted around $850). It's still a safety issue. Chrysler should recall this issue.
