I have a 99 converible and the A/C is not working. The compressor is kicking in and then turning off. It goes on like that when I try to use the A/C and the air is cool not cold. This all after I have replaced, the compressor, evaperator core, dryer, and dual pressure switch. Vacuum is good, pressure is good all guages reading correct. All fuses are good. The compressor just won't stay on. Any help is appreciated.

 

Could be over charged; could be a weak clutch in your new compressor. Possibly a plugged expansion valve.
