Default CD Player/Changer problem on Chrysler 300c

Hello guys, so I recently bought an chrysler 300c 2006 and I am really satisfied with the car's performance, but a major problem that happened (Atlest its major for me) is that the radio/cd changer just started to cycle the mechanism for the cd after I ejected one of the CD's. It's been a few days and every time I start the car it continues to act like its pulling a disk into the changer (it stops for a few seconds and starts again after that). When I try to put a cd into it it takes it but it spits it out in a matter of less than a second with an message ,,CD Error". I took out the fuse for the radio in the trunk of the car and it did nothing. Also disconnected the battery from the car- again no result and I am seriously starting to consider breaking the mechanism that takes the disk to at least stop the noise coming from the radio. So my question is the following:
Is it possible to fix the radio without replacing it ?

In this day and age you will probably not find anyone who repairs those things. Nobody wants to spend a couple of hours trying to repair a radio that can be replaced for a few hundred bucks. Parts are not available. Search eBay and/or junkyards for a replacement. Make sure you get the same part number. Failing that, look for an aftermarket replacement.
