Hello, i have problem with my 1998 neon immo. Keyfob drops to the water and dont work anymore, so my car goes to the dealer. After one week, they call me and tell they cant learn new keyfob... DRB dont let it immo ecu and cant learn. I get my car, dashboard removed everything is opened. I only pay 1 hour work and get new keyfob for free (60€). Service give me all instructions how to learn and wiring diagram.


When i get my car back there is one black wire... maybe service do something... i dont know where to put it..


So, someone know good solution how i get my car work again?
Can i bypass it? I get my starter working, but no crank signal..

Black is always ground. Look for a ground connection for that wire.
