chrysler neon problem, heeelp!!!

hi everyone, my english is poor but I will try to explain my problem. my neon is 2.0 16v 98kw. problem is cooling fan do not turn on. what is solution for that? is there some sesnor or what? please help.

check your fuses first then add power and ground to the fan see if it comes on
