Crank no start HELP

Crank no start HELP
I have a 2010 chrysler 300 3.5 touring. I made the mistake of leaving the car on while trying to replace a cig lighter fuse in the rear. On accident i removed the 20a fuel pump fuse and car shut off.. after re installing the car took over 10 trys to come back on. I drove it fine all day. Then today it wont start it just cranks and cranks. All fuses are good along with relay.i do have power at the fuse. I tried unhooking batt bit didnt help. Any ideas or info?
